In the event of any conflict between this Arbitration Provision and the rest of this Agreement, this arbitration provision shall prevail. A sole arbitrator will settle the dispute. Unless you and we agree otherwise, each arbitration hearing will be held at a location convenient for you in the area where you receive services from us. If you no longer receive any service(s) from us when you notify us of your dispute, any arbitration hearing will take place at a location convenient for you in the country where you reside, if you notify us of your dispute, provided that we provide services in that country or in the territory where you are located at the time of the events, that led to your dispute, received services from us.
The arbitrator will respect legally recognized privileges and take reasonable steps to protect customer account information and other confidential or proprietary information. The arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision explaining the arbitrator`s main findings and conclusions. The arbitrator`s award may be entered before any court having jurisdiction over the parties only if this is necessary for the enforcement of the arbitrator`s award.
